Here’s another photo of the clouds from yesterday just before sunset. Even my photos don’t do it justice. It was just amazing. With a quality dSLR these shots would have looked much better. I am very seriously considering buying a Nikon D90. I know I can’t afford it, but I really want to get deeper into photography. I already passed on a George Brown College course on photography because one of the pre-requisites was owning a dSLR camera. The next course is mid-November. If I want to take it (I do) I’ll need a dSLR. It would be best if I bought it now so I could learn to use it in the meantime. Of course, the prudent side of my brain is saying, You can’t be spending money on cameras when you don’t have a job. Yeah, I know, but right now I happen to have time to learn how to use a new camera and to hone my skills. Once I’m back to work full time, time for my hobby will be very limited. To be honest, I think I really want to become a professional photographer. It’ll take years to achieve, I know, but now’s the time to start.
